Designed by The Related Group and inspired by travels to Spain, the Baltus House, a curved structure, is steps from the Baltus showroom. Baltus will design and furnish your residence, Lluis Barba, renowned Spanish artist, will show his collection on site. 167 units, located in the exclusive neighborhood of Bay Point, offers expansive floor-to-ceiling windows, glass terraces, and spacious balconies to provide an urban utopia. Cohen Freedman Encinosa & Associates Architects designed the Baltus House.

Baltus House, centrally located in the Design District, features Baltus furnishings, artwork by Lluis Barba and Jorge Perez, an amenity deck with a heated pool, cabanas, spa, and landscaped grounds, roof level amenities with an outdoor kitchen and lounge, and a fitness center all of which provide spectacular views of the city and Biscayne Bay. Concierge and security are also provided for the Baltus House, offering studios to three bedrooms in the Design District.
